By using our website or booking a ride with Avi Atlantic Rides, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Service Overview
Avi Atlantic Rides provides transportation services within Nova Scotia, including private rides and shared rides depending on availability.

2. Booking

  • Pre-bookings are accepted through our website, WhatsApp, or other booking channels.

  • Seats are confirmed only after payment is received.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your seat.

  • Booking confirmation will be provided once payment is completed.

3. Cancellations & Refund Policy

  • All bookings are non-refundable.

  • If a passenger cancels their ride, no refund will be issued.

  • In special situations such as severe weather or operational issues, Avi Atlantic Rides may reschedule the ride at its discretion.

4. Passenger Arrival

Passengers are required to arrive at the pickup location 10–15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

Avi Atlantic Rides is not responsible for passengers who miss their ride due to late arrival.

5. Passenger Conduct

All passengers must behave respectfully toward drivers and other passengers.

Avi Atlantic Rides reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger displaying inappropriate, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior.

6. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers must:

  • Be ready at the scheduled pickup time
  • Provide accurate booking details
  • Follow safety instructions provided by the driver

7. Route & Stops

Drivers may adjust stops or routes depending on road conditions, weather, traffic, or safety requirements.

Flexible stops may be provided when possible, but they are not guaranteed.

8. Service Availability

Avi Atlantic Rides provides transportation services within Nova Scotia. Ride availability may vary depending on schedule, location, and demand.

9. Limitation of Liability

Avi Atlantic Rides is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Traffic

  • Weather conditions

  • Road closures

  • Mechanical issues

  • Other unforeseen circumstances

10. Change of Terms

Avi Atlantic Rides reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
